- Free coffee from a rotating selection of our favorite local roasters
- Bathroom/shower access
- 24/7 entry to the building
- Central air
- Invites to be included in special group shows and special events for Limited Ink artists
Studios for Rent
The studios are situated in a large, well-lit room that allows you to have your own personal space while working alongside other creatives. Each is roughly 60 square feet and has a door. Additionally, renting a studio gives you access to the 450 square foot co-working space, where you can work on big projects or in a more social environment.
All our studios have 24/7 access through the main entranceway on Santa Monica Boulevard, free reign of the kitchen (with free locally-roasted coffee!), and bathroom/shower access.
Studio renters also get a discount on our classes and workshops, as well as invitations to special events and group shows.
Cost is between $300-$500/mo + deposit with a 3-month contract (Rooms vary in size)
Right now all of the studios are full, but contact us if you’d like to be placed on the waiting list.
Alongside our walled studio spaces, we have open-air drafting tables. These tables are perfect for any artist that needs a smaller space to draw, paint, write, or do digital work. Like our regular studios, these spaces are available 24/7 and come with access to the co-working space, kitchen, and bathroom/shower.
Artists renting drafting tables also receive discounts on classes and workshops, invitations to special events, and can participate in gallery shows for Limited Ink artists.
Cost is $200/mo + deposit with a 3-month contract

Our large co-working space is a great place for anyone without many materials or just needing to finish up a project. It has open seating at a large table and several small desks. This area is unreserved and accessible by all the artists in the space. Kitchen and bathroom/shower access are included. As we’re setting up, co-working times and plans are limited.
